What a fun week
Do you ever just have those weeks that are so much fun, filled with excitement, maybe a little uncertainty, and everything just works out as well as it possibly could? That was this week for me and for our hokey little air tour business in Troutdale.
First, we had a great visit from Zach Roloff and his son Jackson. You may know Zach from the hit TV show ‘Little People, Big World’ and we went flying with them through the Gorge. Zach said Jackson loves planes and he seemed totally focused and into it the entire time. They were great and it was a lot of fun flying with them.
We also had local Fox channel 12 come out flying with us to do a feature about our tours in the Columbia River Gorge and the weather couldn’t have been better. We did the Multnomah Falls tour with Molly Riehl and everything was perfect. If you ask how the interview went, I have no idea and I likely never will because I usually don’t watch myself on video…I don’t like my nasily voice.
And as we come to the end of summer, it has really be a good one. We’ve have great flights with great people, and luckily, it doesn’t stop here because we fly year round and we offer great tours of Portland. Even on a rainy day, we do some pretty awesome stuff and we love flying with people in the weather. Sometimes it can get a bit nasty out there, but if it’s safe, we’ll make it happen.
So if you’re looking for things to do in Portland, or a great team building experience or group event, we can help. With the ability to fly up to 8 between two airplanes, we can give you a great tour of Portland, Multnomah Falls, or the Columbia River Gorge.
Hope we’ll be seeing you!
