SMS Campaign Terms & Conditions Effective Date: March 16, 2026

1. Program Name Envi Adventures, LLC SMS Alerts & Notifications

2. Program Description By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Envi Adventures, LLC related to:

• Booking reminders
• Appointment reminders and follow-up communications

These messages are sent via short code operated by Envi Adventures, LLC using the Twilio messaging platform. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed.

3. Consent & Eligibility By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to this program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to participate.

4. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your account activity, preferences, and applicable promotions. On average, you can expect to receive approximately 2–6 messages per month. Message frequency may increase during promotional periods or based on transaction activity.

5. Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent and received. Envi Adventures LLC does not charge for participation in this SMS program; however, your carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply. Check with your wireless carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan.

6. Opt-Out Instructions You may opt out of this SMS program at any time using either of the following methods:

• Text STOP to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a final confirmation message.
• Contact our support team (see Section 7) and request removal from our SMS list.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. To re-enroll, text START or opt in again through our website.

8. Privacy Your mobile number and personal information collected through this SMS program will be used solely to deliver the messages you have requested and to improve our services. 9. Supported Carriers This program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MintMobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Virgin Mobile. Carrier participation may change.

10. Limitations of Liability Envi Adventures, LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is not guaranteed.

11. Changes to These Terms Envi Adventures, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this SMS program and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or our website. Continued participation after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
